Adjust Ticket Counts and Amounts

Adjust the Ticket Remaining Count for All Events - This operation adjusts the remaining ticket count for all event records based on the actual number of tickets sold to registrants. Perform this operation if you change badge allotments (see Event Codes Setup.) or import data from a remote Reg-Net workstation and you want the ticket remaining counts to be adjusted for the tickets sold at the remote workstation. It should also be performed after importing data from a remote Reg-Net workstation to reflect the ticket sales done by that workstation.

Adjust the Price of All Tickets Previously Sold - This operation adjusts the ticket pricing of all registrant ticket records based on the prices currently specified in the event records. Perform this operation if you have changed the event pricing after tickets have been issued to registrants, but before billing or collection has begun.

Adjust the Ticket Amount Due for All Registrant Records - This operation adjusts the amounts due for ticket purchases in all registrant records based on the actual number of tickets recorded in the database. Perform this operation after you " Adjust the Price of All Tickets Previously Sold" operation above.
