Lead Collection System
Our lead collection system uses state-of-the-art portable key chain size laser scanners to collect the badge ID from each attendee’s badge when they visit an exhibitor’s booth. Exhibitors are equipped with a laser barcode scanning device that can store up to 500 badge ids before needing a download. When an attendee requests information from an exhibitor, the exhibitor simply scans the Barcode on the attendee’s badge. At the end of the show, exhibitors bring the scanner to the LeadLink services area for processing. At the services area, the LeadLink software processes the scanned badge Ids, and produces a printed report. After the show, exhibitors can download a file containing all scanned attendee contact information from the Database Design, Inc. website.

Lead Follow-Up Software for Post-Show Lead Management
A downloadable copy of our Exhibitor Lead Follow-up ELF™ software is provided to each exhibitor who rents a LeadLink scanner. The ELF software provides post show lead management by importing the LeadLink data and producing reports, form letters, and mailing labels. The ELF software can also export the lead data as an ASCII comma delimited text file which can then be used by popular third-party software such as Excel™, Word™, Access™, WordPerfect™ and ACT™.
